Jill's Raw Chili

This is a great substitute for "flesh" based chili.

1 cup Water (distilled)
1 cup Sun dried Tomatoes (pre-soaked)
½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 cloves Garlic
1-2 teaspoons Chili Powder (or to taste)
Celtic Sea Salt (to taste)

Process above ingredients in blender. Then add and stir in:

2 cups fresh Tomatoes (diced)
1 cup Mushrooms (sliced)
1 cup Celery (diced)
A handful of fresh Basil (chopped)
Add enough Lentil or Mung bean sprouts to give right consistency*

Place in serving bowls, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley, and serve. Enjoy!
